3Com and Palm Computing® launched two new products in its highly successful line of handheld connected organizers -- the Palm IIIx™ and the Palm V™. These handheld devices are sleek and elegant, and put thousands of names, addresses, phone numbers, appointments, to-do's, plus hundreds of email messages right at your fingertips. Worldmind® Media was called in to develop the look and feel of this product launch, creating a stellar presence for what is perhaps 3Com's most widely known product line. In 2000, the Palm Computing division broke off to become its own company, known as Palm, Inc. The site design was carried through on both Palm.com and Palm.net throughout the year 2000. Only in the last quarter of 2000, did Palm redesign its site in entirety -- meaning that the Worldmind design comprised Palm's online venue for nearly two years.
