Produced in 1996, Living Home was a pioneering multimedia CD-ROM for the home and garden market. Worldmind provided programming and interface design services for this project.
From dueling designers using early QTVR to useful project design tools to online connectivity, this project pushed the envelope of multimedia software.
The Dream Kitchen allowed material and pattern swapping from a extensive library for real-time interactivity with the design interior.
It was also an early advertising effort to promote cross-branding within a single digital media effort. Toyota was a primary advertiser and the concept was intended to be distributed as a monthly digital magazine.
