EMCREG, International is an international collaboration of clinical researchers dedicated to education and research in the field of Emergency Cardiac Care. EMCREG™ - International (Emergency Medicine Cardiac Research and Education Group) was founded in 1989 to conduct multicenter clinical research trials on serum markers for the early diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction (AMI). Since then, EMCREG™ has grown to become an international collaboration of eighteen investigators/teachers/clinicians representing fifteen leading institutions dedicated to research and education in the field of Emergency Cardiac Care.
